| John S. Nitschke, BE(Hons), M.Sc., DIC, CPM, FAusIMM, GAICD |
|
Mr. Nitschke is a mining engineer with over 35 years experience in operations management and project evaluation and development in Australia, Africa and Europe. His experience covers both open pit and underground operations extracting gold and base metals. He was formerly Executive General Manager, Projects and Technical Services, for OZ Minerals Limited. In this role he had executive responsibility for the development of Prominent Hill Mine in South Australia among other project evaluation and development activities. Prior to joining OZ Minerals Mr. Nitschke held a range of senior executive and management roles with the Normandy and MIM Holdings groups. He is a non executive Director of ASX listed Toro Energy Limited and ASX listed IMX Resources Limited. Mr. Nitschke holds an Engineering degree in Mining with Honours from Melbourne University (1974) and a Masters Degree in Mineral Production Management from the Royal School of Mines (London, 1979). He is a Fellow and Chartered Professional in the field of Management of the AusIMM and a Graduate of the AICD. |

Mr. Massola has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry in both large international and junior mining companies. He has held a broad range of executive and management positions in Canada, Chile and the United States. Prior to his current position, Mr. Massola served as Senior Vice President and CFO of GlobeStar Mining Corporation in which he was part of the team responsible for that company´s evaluation, permitting and development of the Cerro de Maimón copper sulphide deposit in the Dominican Republic, where production commenced in October 2008. Prior to GlobeStar Mr. Massola spent 5 years as the Chief Financial Officer for De Beers Canada Inc. and 20 years with BHP-Billiton in a broad range of increasingly responsible roles. Mr. Massola held key positions in the teams that developed and subsequently operated the Escondida Mine in Chile and the Ekati Diamond Mine in the Northwest Territories. He has been involved with numerous projects from exploration through feasibility, permitting, financing, joint venture negotiations, marketing, development and production stages. Mr. Massola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, San Francisco. |

Mr. Hill has more than twenty-five years of diversified management experience, including financial and operational management, administration, consulting and auditing. Prior to his positions with Continental Nickel Limited commencing in 2007, he most recently served as Controller of Tiberon Minerals Ltd., then a publicly traded mineral exploration and development company. Former experiences in financial management and consulting include Falconbridge/ Noranda Group, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and CIBC Mellon Global Securities, as well as University of Toronto Innovations Foundation. Mr. Hill holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University’s Schulich School of Business. Mr. Hill is a Chartered Accountant gained with Ernst & Young and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Patricia A. Tirschmann, M.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), P. Geo. |

Ms. Tirschmann began her exploration career in 1988 exploring for nickel, copper and platinum group elements with Falconbridge Limited (now Xstrata PLC). She most recently held the position of Senior Geologist, International Nickel Sulphide Exploration where she supervised joint venture projects in Norway. She has also participated in international projects in Chile, Greenland, Alaska and Australia. Ms. Tirschmann has extensive experience developing, supervising and implementing exploration campaigns in the major Canadian nickel belts of Sudbury, Thompson and Raglan. Ms. Tirschmann holds a B.Sc. (Honours) and a M.Sc. in Geological Sciences, both from the University of Manitoba, and is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) in Ontario and Manitoba.

Stewart T. Watkins, B.Eng. (Hons), MAusIMM |

Mr. Watkins is a process engineer with over twenty years experience in many facets of the mining industry including both operations and project development. Prior to joining Continental Nickel Limited he held various management positions with Sedgman Limited, most recently as Business Development Manager. Previous to this he was a part owner of Intermet Engineering Pty Ltd., an engineering consulting and contracting firm focussed on the development of small to medium sized mineral processing projects globally, which was purchased by Sedgman in 2007. During his time at various engineering firms he has completed roles on projects including Project, Study, Design and Commissioning Manager as well as various organisational roles such as Process Engineering Manager and Acting General Manager. His experience includes multiple projects in Southern and Eastern Africa including Kasese Cobalt in Uganda, Dikulushi Copper and Kinsevere Copper in the DRC and Bwana Mkubwa Copper in Zambia, as well as projects in Asia, Australia and South America. Mr. Watkins holds a B.Eng. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University of Technology (1991) and is a Member of the AusIMM.

Stuart F. Feiner, JD, MBA, B.Sc. |

Mr. Feiner, a seasoned legal and financial professional, has served as a senior executive and consultant in the global mining industry for over 35 years, 30 of which in a number of senior executive positions with Inco Limited (“Inco”), one of the leading publicly traded international diversified metals and mining companies, acquired in late 2006 by Vale, the largest producer of iron ore in the world and itself an increasingly diversified mining company based in Brazil. Prior to his retirement from Inco in August 2006, Mr. Feiner served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Inco for nearly 14 years. He held various other positions with Inco during his tenure, having had direct responsibility or management oversight for a number of acquisitions in the mining industry and a number of corporate functions reporting to him, including environment, health and safety and public and governmental affairs. Mr. Feiner´s responsibilities during his career with Inco included being a key member of the senior management team and leading or being a member of the multi-disciplinary teams that successfully completed a range of conventional and unique financings for Inco and that evaluated or completed a number of Inco´s principal acquisitions and divestitures, as well as having overall corporate responsibility for corporate governance and disclosure matters, and structuring and implementing the arrangements needed to advance the key mining projects that Inco pursued. Having headed Inco's successful venture capital unit from 1984 to 1992, Mr. Feiner has served on the boards of directors of a number of public and private companies which had been financed by this Inco unit. Since his retirement from Inco, Mr. Feiner has been a consultant in the mining industry, working on projects in a number of countries and also representing first nations in Canada in their negotiations on impact and benefit and other agreements with mining companies seeking to develop projects on lands where first nations have recognized rights. Mr. Feiner is currently Executive Vice President of GeoResources Risk Solutions Inc., a specialized insurance and risk management support business, focusing on mining and other natural resource sector clients, he co-founded in 2011 and also serves as a consultant to other clients focusing, on a global basis, on investments in mining and other natural resource sectors. Mr. Feiner holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Wharton School of Economics, the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a JD degree from Duke University Law School. |

Mr. MacNabb is a professional geologist with 40 years of experience in the global mining industry. He spent 22 years with Inco Limited and subsequently 3 years with ValeInco (now Vale) in management positions in Canada and international locations including Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Switzerland. Mr. MacNabb has led multidisciplinary groups of geoscientists in generating new projects and advising exploration teams on ongoing projects, including managing and directing large-scale exploration projects in North America, Australasia, China, Europe, South America and the Middle East. During the course of this work Mr. MacNabb has dealt with various foreign governments, negotiated joint venture agreements and worked with many diverse foreign cultures. Mr. MacNabb has also served as a corporate director in Canada, Indonesia, China, Australia, England, India, Finland, Kazakhstan and the United States. Prior to Mr. MacNabb´s retirement in 2009 he served as Regional Director Exploration, Eurasia for ValeInco which acquired Inco Limited in late 2006, where he served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including Director Special Projects, Director Exploration Services, Manager Evaluations, Exploration Manager Indonesia, Exploration Manager Papua New Guinea and Senior project Geologist. Former experiences as a Geologist and Geochemist include 7 years as Regional Geologist Eastern Canada for Lacana Mining Corporation and 4 years as Provincial Geochemist for Nova Scotia Department of Mines. Mr. MacNabb holds a B.Sc. (major in Geology) from Saint Francis Xavier University and a M.Sc. in Geological Sciences from Northwestern University and is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) in Ontario. |

Anthony J. (Tony) Haggarty |
|
Mr. Haggarty is a seasoned business professional with an extensive career in the mining and resource sector spanning over thirty years in the development, operation and financing of mining companies. He was a co-founder of Excel Coal Limited and its Managing Director from 1993 until its acquisition by Peabody Energy Corporation in 2006. Prior to this Mr. Haggarty worked for BP Coal and BP Finance in Sydney and London, and for Agipcoal as the Managing Director of its Australian subsidiary. He is currently the Managing Director of Whitehaven Coal Limited, the non-executive Chairman of ASX-listed King Island Scheelite Limited and a non-executive director of IMX Resources Limited. Mr. Haggarty is a Certified Practising Accountant (“CPA”) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.
